Rules:

4. Ensure the bid/ask spread is less than or equal to $0.30
5. Delta of .6 or better. With that % or higher, you’ll make $0.60 or more for every dollar move of the underlying asset
6. Buy options on underlying assets that have fallen and have now reached a bottom
